We mailed Stus first package today! You can use the flat rate priority boxes at the post office. There is a 2 dollar discount because its military, so the large box was only $14.85!! Once he actually gets to Afghanistan he"ll have a better idea of what he needs.
He found today that he is stuck in Kryzgstan (i totally spelled that wrong) for at least another day. He was able to sleep about 7 hours and got a hair cut at the barber. Other than that he was just hanging out. He got his 2 beers allowed for the day, of course! I bet he will miss beer once he's down range. He seems antsy and just wants to get there already. Now with daylight savings theres another hour added into the time difference. He's 11 hours ahead now, and once in Bagram its 9.5 hours ahead.
I'm less of a hot mess girl today so that is good. We survived waking up extra early, Target and the post office. Jackson ate leftover pizza for lunch and dinner, however, so we need to go to Kroger tomorrow, ugh.
