Day 2

Just a typical lazy Saturday here...

J man definitely enjoys playing tee ball with Daddy much more than me.

Stu should be calling soon to let me know that he made it to Alaska. The govt is so inefficient. I can't believe how long they're dragging this travel out. I think its a quick turn around there and then the long flight to the other side of the world.

Today was definitely better than yesterday.  I really only lost it when I talked to Stu earlier. Id consider that success.    Jackson just laid down in his bed. Lets hope he stays there.  A little scared about the time change in the morning. It would really be nice to make it to church but Im sure y'all know its not easy doing anything with 2 small children. Seems like every time Stu and I try to go somewhere with them we fail together. Wouldn't change it for anything though. So blessed to be their mom.

I never thought I would say this, but I kind of missed watching football and soccer today. What I really missed was Stus home cooked breakfast. My cinnamon rolls weren't bad, but it just wasn't the same.

Bath and bed time is still the hardest part of the day. Since Stuart always worked crazy long hours his special (and sometimes only) time with the kids is bath and bed. Its so much easier doing it together. We make a great team, and without him I just don't feel complete.
