Day 13

This mama is exhausted. Today started my work week. Hadley woke twice last night, and sweet Jackson even woke asking for food?! I had good intentions of working out before work... better luck next time... which is not tomorrow. I had a work dinner tonight put on by Childrens Hospital and by the time I got home Hadley was already in bed.

I took these of the kiddos this morning.  J is often insisting on using the barstool at the table even though it is way too high...

And this is the second sweet face that greets me each morning =) 

I know I complain a lot about them not sleeping... and driving me crazy... but man am I lucky to have them.  Jacksons hugs definitely aren't the same as Stus.... but man do they feel good.

Jackson was apparently showing off his daddys doll today. Melts my heart.  He didn't want to go to bed tonight because he wanted to keep talking to daddy on the computer. So glad that Stu has internet now and can face time with us!  Pretty sure that jackson may end up breaking the computer because he is so excited!

Stu has been a slacker in the picture taking and journal department and has nothing new to add to the blog.  He thought he would be flying to Germany again tonight but looks like the regular team took the patient. So, his day consisted of sleeping, eating, watching movies and playing video games. He is going to bed now which is a little after 7am there.... so definitely on a night schedule.  He received the first package we sent... so it only took 9 days to arrive. We'll see how much that slow down with the holidays coming.  He was also very excited to get some birthday cards in the mail as well!

Today I am thankful for so many things... Being able to face time and message Stuart, his safety, amazing support by friends and family, free dinner & wine tonight, the fact that flu has not yet arrived, and christmas music on the radio.... just to name a few.
