Day 52

In case anybody cares, yesterday got better. The kids were in a better mood after naps and I got an awesome present in the mail. Stuart sent 3 bottles of german/italian wine! It couldn't have come at a more perfect moment. Just what I needed! Regina, Jody and the boys came over for awhile after dinner. Jackson had fun and was a bit wired before bed. It was great to have the company to share my fine wine with =)

Today, we made it through church! Praise God! I dropped off two smiling children into the nursery.  Jackson even got to ring the bells during the service! Hadley slept afterwards long enough for us to enjoy lunch out with the Melvins! It's a Christmas miracle! It's crazy to think that last time we tried going to church was seven weeks ago, just 2 days after Stuart left. Wow.

We haven't done much else today.  I dislike Stuarts schedule in Qatar and don't talk to him much.  I think he went to a "christmas party" and had a beer. He was going to take Benadryl before bed to see if that would help him sleep better. I hope it works, but I anticipate a text before Im going to bed letting me know that he is already up.

We're going to a playdate tomorrow and then we have some errands to run. Fun times.
