Here we go again with the teething =( Hadley woke up in the middle of the night. Just when we were finally getting on a good schedule again....
Grateful for Regina coming over to watch the kiddos while I went to the hospital. There was just enough snow overnight to recoat my driveway and sidewalk and make it very difficult for me to make it up the driveway. On my second attempt and with lots of sliding I somehow managed to get my car into the garage without hitting anything.
Made it to church (only a few minutes late) to hear the conclusion of the marriage series. I so wish Stuart were here. This whole deployment thing really stinks - but - it is strengthening our marriage. When he left we were in a little bit of an I have a cranky baby moved to a new city don't have very many friends and have no life sort of kind of rut. Thats totally not going to be the case when he returns!
Jackson decided we would have lunch at Burger King today. Probably due to its playground and very close proximity to church. He ate his entire burger and most of his apples - so he definitely earned his playtime. Afterwards, it was nap time and then we spent the rest of the afternoon playing.
I forgot to take a lot of pictures today. These are of the kids playing on my bed this morning. Hadley loves to crawl all over it!
Stuart sent me pictures last night! I totally forgot to mention the most important thing about his new room - its safer! Its on the second floor, as opposed to the third. Apparently the thicker, more solid walls only go up to the second floor. This helps protect from the rocket attacks.
His room
Him being crazy
He was going to have a mission tonight but there were plane issues - as he says "plane broke in Germany". I find this hilarious. The German team is going to come pick up the patient tomorrow instead. Its a 20 year old who overdosed on clonazepam. So sad.
We survived another day. God is good =)
