Day 86 - HALF WAY!!!!!!

I never thought this day would come. Dang, this has been hard. But, we're at the top of the hill and hopefully it's smooth sailing from here on. To recap, A LOT has happened since Stuart has been gone: Thanksgiving, Hadleys 1/2 birthday, Christmas, New Years, Jacksons 3rd Birthday, fifty million snow storms, record low temperatures and all of the crazy new things that Hadley is doing since he left (sitting up, crawling, pulling up, cruising, feeding herself, eating real food, taking a bath with J, babbling dadadadadada and the list goes on.....

I wish I could say today was a good day. The snow ruined my plans. Had to cancel work and then the salon was closed. No me time, no nice hair. Stuck inside with cranky kids. Major bummer. At least the sun did come up.... and the plow came by several times.... so by the end of the day - the roads got clear!!!!

Stuart is getting ready for a mission. He did nothing but sleep all day. He will be flying to another location in Afghanistan to pick up a patient who suffered major blood loss after a rocket injury to his femoral artery (for you non medical peeps - thats a major blood vessel in your groin/leg).  Apparently, after OR intervention - he is stable.  Please pray for a smooth and easy mission and for his patients recovery.
